Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do you implement AI tools?

No. We are tool agnostic. We don’t select, build or implement AI technology. We focus on the human factors that determine whether AI delivers results: leadership, behaviour, culture, capability and sustainable performance.

Who do you work with?

Professional services firms (law, finance, advisory) and risk-sensitive functions where judgment, standards and client trust matter. Stakeholders typically include Managing Partners/CEOs, Executive Committees, Practice Leaders, Heads of People/L&D, and Transformation leaders.

What outcomes do you focus on?
  • Adoption that translates into measurable productivity (not shelfware)
  • Maintained quality, risk discipline and professional standards
  • Better decision-making under speed and ambiguity
  • Reduced change fatigue, improved retention and stronger leadership bench
What does an engagement look like?

Typically 6–12 weeks using our framework: Diagnose → Align → Embed → Sustain. We combine consultancy, coaching and team capability building, with reinforcement to ensure changes stick.

How do you measure impact?

We agree on success measures upfront. Depending on the scope, we may track:

  • Adoption behaviours and consistency by role/team
  • Workload strain and recovery signals
  • Decision quality indicators and rework patterns
  • Clarity, psychological safety and leadership effectiveness (pulse measures)
Do you work virtually or on site?

Both. We deliver virtually and on‑site (UK and internationally). Many clients choose a blended model.

Do you work confidentially?

Yes. Confidentiality, ethics and professionalism are central to our approach. Case examples are anonymised unless explicitly agreed.

Do you help with responsible AI use and governance?

Yes. We support the behavioural layer of responsible AI: decision rights, verification habits, escalation pathways, psychological safety to surface issues early, and ethics-in-practice simulations. We remain tool-agnostic.

Can you help if our pilot is stalling?

Yes. We typically begin with an AI readiness & adoption risk diagnostic to identify where trust, standards, workload strain or leadership alignment is blocking uptake—then implement targeted interventions to reset ways of working.

Do you train people to use specific AI tools?

No. We focus on the human capabilities and behaviours that make tool adoption effective and safe: judgement, verification, decision hygiene, leadership behaviours and sustainable performance.

What are your fees?

Fees depend on scope and objectives. As a guide: workshops from £1,500 (virtual) / £2,500 (in‑person) for 10–15 participants. Consultancy and coaching are scoped and proposed transparently.
